‘See you at The Independent Hotel Show 2025!

Tate + Co will be attending the The Independent Hotel Show London 2025.

Taking place at London Olympia on 6-7 October, over 45 expert-led sessions will explore the latest industry trends and innovations. As UK leaders in regenerative architecture, we are especially looking forward to the conversations around sustainable hotel design and the notion of ‘redefining luxury’.

The Independent Hotel Show Awards will be taking place on the evening of 6 October and our project, Wildhive Callow Hall, is shortlisted for Independent Hotel of the Year.

Oh, and there’s still time to vote!

Vote for Independent Hotel of the Year

Callow Hall is also shortlisted in the Boutique Hotelier Magazine 2025 Awards. In the running for Boutique Hotel of the Year, we will find out how we fare at the ceremony also taking place on 6 October.

Described as a country house hotel at the gateway to the Peak District, Callow Hall is a rural retreat in the Derbyshire countryside. The Grade II* Listed building was acquired by the Wildhive Collective in 2018 and, following a complete transformation, the hotel now presents a fresh guest experience centred on health and wellbeing.

The design strategy focused on a connection with the spectacular natural setting. This included creating a new glazed dining space allowing direct access to the surrounding landscape; refurbishing the fifteen existing hotel rooms and living areas; creating eleven new treehouses in the adjacent woodland (some of which is designated as ancient); refurbishing the original coach house as a spa space; and expanding the existing back of house facilities.

The leaders of our Hotel + Leisure Team, and the architects behind the transformation of Callow Hall, will be at The Independent Hotel Show and would love to say hello. If you would like to catch up with Laurence Pinnfire and Nikita Schweizer, please do get in touch.
