UKREiiF Roundtable

Jerry Tate, Founder and Director, and Rebecca Hall, Senior Architect and Passivhaus Designer here at Tate + Co, will be heading to Leeds to attend UKREiiF, the UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum, and are looking forward to a lively programme of discussions, presentations and workshops.

On Wednesday 20 May we will be hosting The Tate + Co Breakfast Roundtable Debate: Re-thinking the SME Developer Economy. Our session will consider how can we re-start the SME Developer economy to get widespread ‘grass-roots’ delivery of new homes over the next four years. We will be talking beyond planning policy, addressing viability, understanding value and construction deliverability.

We are delighted to share that our excellent panel will include:

  • Alpa Depani, Acting Assistant Director, Place & Design, London Borough of Waltham Forest
  • Antje Saunders, Design Director, Sovereign Network Group
  • Chris Fletcher, Director of Direct Development, GraingeR
  • James Pennington, Group Partnership & Investment Director, Allison Homes
  • Julia Harrington, Partnerships Specialist, Greencore Homes
  • Michael Holland, Deputy CEO, Populo Living
  • Natalie Daniels, Associate Director, Building Relations PR
  • Paul Rickard, Chief Executive, Pocket Living
  • Phil Jones, Development Director, Placefirst
  • Richard Evans, Managing Director, Distinctive Developments Group
  • Cllr Ruari Kelly, City Convener for Housing, Development, Built Heritage and Land Use, Glasgow City Council
  • Russ Hall, Managing Director, Banks Homes

The session will be chaired by Akanksha Soni, News Editor, Estates Gazette.
