We are delighted to share that our Esholt Positive Living project has gained full planning permission.
This ground-breaking – and complex – development for our visionary clients Keyland Developments, has been described as ‘one of the country’s leading sustainable industrial and residential developments’. Once complete, the mixed-used project will deliver a new, truly regenerative, community and fitting extension to the picturesque village of Esholt. Sitting between Leeds and Bradford, Esholt is the original location of TV Soap Emmerdale.
The site is part of a Yorkshire Water treatment works. As a result of advances in water technology, the operational footprint of the site reduced, leaving large areas of land redundant. Replacing the old and disused water treatment tanks, Esholt Positive Living will create a sustainable development of 150 new homes and around 1.08 million ft2 of workspace.
