Last month, Jerry Tate joined a panel of experts to discuss ‘Navigating structural timber construction to address net zero’.
Organised by the Structural Timber Association (STA), and held at the RIBA in London, the event was a mix of presentations, insights and discussion with some of the leading advocates in UK structural timber design.
The seminar is covered in this month’s edition of architectsdatafile.co.uk, the leading monthly magazine dedicated to sharing coverage on current UK and international architectural and construction projects.
The article refers to Jerry’s experience in ‘designing and engineering innovative forms from timber in a series of award-winning projects’ and can be found here: Architects ponder the roadmap to using more timber.
Jerry refers to a number of projects to demonstrate Tate+Co’s approach to regenerative design including Cranleigh Preparatory School.
Many thanks to STA for organising the excellent panel discussion and to Gavin Tadman of CIB Communications for the event photography.
