Chalkhurst Court was completed in March 2019, a contextually-sensitive and sustainable housing development in South Croydon. The project comprises eight new one and two bedroom apartments on a prominent corner site, and demonstrates how we can increase density in our suburbs whilst remaining sensitive to the surrounding low-rise context.
