We are thrilled that the Esholt Positive Living project has just received planning permission from Bradford Council. Created with Keyland Developments and Yorkshire Water, with key input from 3Adapt and Barton Wilmore, the scheme will create a new sustainable community of 150 homes and 10,000m2 of commercial space.
It will be located on redundant water treatment tanks in the Greenbelt outside Bradford, with new cycle and pedestrian routes linking the development, the existing Esholt Village and Apperly Bridge Station, through a beautiful landscaped setting. We are working with Yorkshire Water to maximise resource efficient on the entire Esholt Estate, which includes the remaining active water treatment plant, to deliver a Carbon Positive scheme.
