LREF 2025 will be held at the Guildhall in the City of London on 17 September and this year’s theme is ‘Partnership’; tackling the biggest urban challenges of our age and delivering the best outcomes for all stakeholders will require ever deeper partnership and collaboration between those planning and managing our built environment.
Complementing the overarching theme, Tate + Co will be hosting a Roundtable Debate, Small Site Housing Delivery: Working Together to Unlock the Opportunity. The discussion will consider what is blocking the potential of small site housing development? We will bring together developers, councils and experts from across London and the UK to explore the challenges and opportunities surrounding small site housing development.
