Working with the Pegasus Group planning consultants and Adams Habermehl landscape architects, we have developed a proposal for a new residential community in Heacham, Norfolk. The site is on the perimeter of the existing town and has been allocated as a future residential site by the local planning authority.

Our scheme integrates both landscape and the urban pattern of Heacham to provide a reasonably dense but green development, with a new central community green and a ‘landscaped corridor’ creating a new pedestrian route across the site to the local primary school. We have included a large mix of housing types, all designed to be potentially very low energy with particular attention paid to the buildings’ orientation and compact building form.
