Tate + Co has secured a place on Sovereign Network Group’s (SNG) framework to support the future delivery of new homes across London and the South of England.
The appointment places Tate + Co among a select group of practices trusted to design SNG’s future development pipeline. As one of the UK’s largest housing associations, SNG has set a target to deliver 25,000 new homes over the next decade.
The contract streamlines the procurement process, allowing SNG to efficiently appoint trusted partners for upcoming projects. Crucially, the framework includes dedicated opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), ensuring specialist practices can collaborate on major housing programmes alongside larger organisations.
This framework appointment allows the Tate + Co team to bring its residential expertise to housing delivery at scale, contributing to projects that combine design quality, sustainability and long-term value for residents.
